The first thought of thoughts is that as to why a thought comes up in ones mind? Thinking more deeply, a thought may be just a combination of  some chemical reactions in a brain, more further developing small electric signals at the ends of neurons , the combination matrix of these electric signals in a given sequence may give rise to a thought
